Our Writing for Results course and the Proposal Writing workshop are participative, practical and purposeful. We use Accelerated Learning techniques to help everyone learn in their own preferred styles and to make maximum use of our limited time together.

Our Lead Trainers

Every member of our training team is selected for expertise in both writing and training. All are thoroughly experienced at facilitating workshops. They are more than willing to answer questions and give individual help with any writing problems.

Vaughn Malcolm

Since graduating from Oxford University with Joint Honours in French and German, Vaughn has been a teacher and training consultant, in both public and private sectors.

He delivers Business Language courses to clients including Lucent Technologies, British Aerospace and Rolls Royce; he has worked extensively in Germany with the Dresdner Bank, contributing to their Advanced English Presentation and Negotiating Skills programme.

He is a lead facilitator with Paul Jackson Associates for their Project Management and Creative Problem Solving courses.

He is married and lives in Chippenham, Wiltshire, with his wife and two children.

Paul Z Jackson

Paul designs and presents training and development courses for a wide range of corporate clients and public organisations. In 1996, he founded Paul Jackson Associates, a consultancy and training company, specialising in design and delivery of innovative, live workshop-based programmes.

He has presented at Ashridge, the London Actors Centre, at Bath Spa University College and many international conferences.

As a journalist, senior producer with BBC Radio Light Entertainment and as founder of various comedy teams - including the More Fool Us improvisation squad – he has prompted a lot of laughter, on-stage and off, mostly intentionally.

A graduate of Oxford University (MA, Oxon), contributor to scholarly publications, he lives in Bath with his wife and three children.

Leo Hawkins

Judy Piatkus published Leo’s first book, How to Succeed in Network Marketing, in 1991. With sales of over 50,000 copies in hardback and softback, translations into Portuguese, Hungarian, Serbian and Croatian, plus two special editions for UK organisations, this was a very successful project.

Leo is a qualified journalist, with articles published in national and international journals and newspapers, including the Financial Times magazine Resident Abroad and the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine.

A member of the Society of Authors, he is currently studying copywriting with the Publishing Training Centre. He has written websites, brochures and business flyers, two novels and is now writing a non-fiction book on the practical application of emotional intelligence [EQ].
